Season Tickets & Flexi Tickets

Season and Flexi renewals must be completed by Saturday 11th August.  Season and Flexi tickets for new subscribers are now on sale. They are only available from the Stoke-on-Trent Festival office at Music Mania. No booking fees are applicable but a £1.00 administration fee is charged to cover postage etc.

Individual Concerts

Tickets can be purchased in person from Wednesday 29th August from the Stoke-on Trent Festival office at Music Mania or the Regent Theatre, using cash, cheque, Master/Visa and Debit cards. Tickets can also be purchased by telephone using credit/debit cards or by post. Tickets can be booked on line via the Stoke-on-Trent Festival website: Book tickets and follow the links. Each individual ticket purchased from Music Mania is subject to a £1.00 booking fee up to the value of £15 per ticket and £1.50 thereafter. Victoria Hall/Regent Theatre booking fees are charged at £1.90 per ticket up the value of £15.00 and thereafter at £2.90 per ticket.

No booking fees will be charged for over the counter cash sales at either box office.

Concessions

If you are registered disabled and purchase a season ticket in any price range, you can claim 25% discount off the full ticket price. For individual concert tickets, a discount of 15% is given.  Appropriate identification is required when booking.

Party Bookings

20% discount on single ticket prices for parties of 10 or more is given when booking seats in the same area. Private function facilities with buffet are available for special occasions.

School Parties

A special ticket price of £5.00 per pupil is available for groups of 12 or more. The party must be accompanied by a teacher who receives a complimentary ticket. For further details call the Stoke-on-Trent Festival Office at Music Mania.

Give It A Go

This scheme has been designed to encourage young people to attend concerts. A full paying adult can bring an accompanying child aged 16 years and under for only £5.00. Tickets can only be purchased from Music Mania. The scheme is operated in association with the City of Stoke-on-Trent Music School.
